Ultra-thin dressing is a thin hydrocolloidal dressing suitable for small amounts of exudate wounds. The ultra-thin dressing contains a unique hydrocolloid formulation, which is what distinguishes the ultra-thin dressing from other hydrocolloid dressings, while the outer film, which is permeable with water vapor, provides a closed moist environment. Hydrogel dressing can adhere closely to uneven wound surface, reduce the breeding of bacteria, accelerate the formation of new blood vessels, and promote the growth of epithelial cells. Concord ultra-thin dressing is easy to use. The translucent backing holds the dressing in place and facilitates the initial examination of the wound. The dressing can be fixed in difficult areas and can be cut according to shape.
1. Urethane film can provide bacterial and viral barriers;
2. The film forms a waterproof barrier on the dressing;
3. The dressing can be removed without damaging the newly generated tissue;
4. by preventing contact with clothing/sheets, etc., used to reduce the risk of further skin damage caused by friction.
1. Wound preparation:
Clean the wound according to local regulations.
Carefully dry the area around the wound.
2. Dressing:

When applying Anpu to the sacral area, lay the dressing flat on the wound, making sure that the narrow part of the dressing is aligned with the buttocks.
3. Dressing replacement: The number of replacement shall be determined by the medical staff according to the condition of the wound.
The product can be retained for up to 7 days after the clean wound is completely cleared of necrotic tissue.
Use this product, preferably beyond the outer edge of the wound 2-3cm.
After removal of this product, a small amount of hydrogel may remain on the wound surface, which can be easily cleaned with normal saline.
The wound at debridement stage: If there are still fibrin and necrotic debris that are difficult to remove, the product should be replaced every one or two days to accelerate debridement.
A wound with a lot of exudate: If the edge of the dressing has a gelatinous material overflow, the dressing needs to be replaced.
