Silicone border dressing polyurethane foam includes silicone foam border and non bordered foam dressing. Various shapes for options which can fulfill different wounds.
Foam dressing can be divided into foam dressing coated PU film, hydrocolloid foam dressing, as well as silicone foam dressing.
Silicone foam dressing is a highly absorbent self-adherent silicone foam dressing that is made up of a soft silicone contact layer, a flexible polyurethane foam pad, and a vapor-permeable, moisture-proof outer film. The silicone adhesive sticks to the surrounding skin but not to the wound bed, helping to minimize pain and the risk of damage to the wound area. The dressing is comfortable, conformable, and can be cut to fit. The triple-layered construction facilitates dynamic fluid management to provide the optimal moist wound environment, which helps promote faster wound closure and reduce the risk of maceration. The gentle silicone layer can be lifted and repositioned without losing its adherence.

Contraindications:
· The product is not suitable for dry wound;
· Infected wound must be used under control;
· Coverage should be at least 2cm beyond the edge of the wound;
· Not for use with oxidizing solutions, such as Hypochlorite solution or Hydrogen peroxide solution;
· Discontinue use if the patient is allergic to silicone.
