Product Description

Skin closure devices are an integral part of nearly every wound care and surgical procedure.  The healing process is enhanced when a skin closure device provides the strength to maintain skin edges so that they remain approximated and level.  These wound closure devices distribute tension along the entire incision, adding uniform strength to the incision and preventing skin gaps from forming when the skin is stressed.  These qualities are necessary to create a strong, flexible barrier to prevent bacteria from entering the incision until the epidermis has fully healed.

The skin closure device consists of medical adhesive tape, a pair of polypropylene hasps liner and stable ribbons. The adhesive tape is porous nonwoven or PU film.

Operation Instruction

1. Stop bleeding and clean the wound.
2. Take out the skin closure and strip the PET membrane transversely.
3. Stick skin closure from the very end of wound and press gently to ensure firm sticking.
4. Apply more skin closure according to the wound size (each device should be 2mm away from others).
5. Tighten the hasps gently.
6. Cut the long ribbons, apply secondary wound dressing if posible.
7. Remove the devices lightly after recovery.
