This product consists of high G(guluronic acid) calcium alginate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), polyethylene glycol, and silver ion compounds (sodium zirconium phosphate containing silver) that release silver ions in the presence of wound exudate. The dressing is available in two shapes, regular sheet and filler strip. Sterilized by radiation, single use.

Product features:

1. Natural fiber, high hygroscopicity

Alginate medical wound dressing is a natural polysaccharide carbohydrate extracted from seaweed. It is a natural polymer material that can absorb 11-20 times its own weight in liquid.

2. Promote hemostasis

Alginate medical wound dressing can promote the formation of prothrombin activator and accelerate the blood coagulation process by releasing Ca2+ from wound exudation.

3. Gelatinization

Product use:

It is suitable for wound seepage absorption, wound repair and nursing. It is suitable for surgical incision, burn and scald wound, chronic ulcer wound, abrasion wound, other burn wound and scald wound. Especially suitable for cavity wound packing, high and moderate exudate wound.It can be used for pressure ulcers, lower limb ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, second degree burns, skin grafts and donor areas or traumatic wounds, in which the filling strip dressing is used for cavity type wounds.
