Product description:

  • Hydrogels are divided into amorphous hydrogels (i.e. debridement glue) and amorphous hydrogels (i.e. hydrogel dressing), of which the latter can be divided into self-adhesive and non-self-adhesive.
  • Debridement glue contains more than 90% water and is transparent and amorphous gel.
  • The outer layer of self-adhesive hydrogel dressing is highly permeable polyurethane coating, waterproof and breathable, easy to use.
  • Hydrogel dressing has high water absorption, liquid absorption capacity of more than 300%.

Product Use:

Various low-to-moderate exudative wounds.

  • Prevent pressure ulcers and treat stage i-ii pressure ulcers.
  • Small surface burns.
  • Post-op wound.
  • The wound at the site of the skin donor.
  • Granulation tissue growth stages and epithelialization stages of chronic wounds.
  • Venous ulcers, phlebitis, lymphangitis, etc.
  • Wounds left after plastic surge.

Instructions for use:

  • Clean the wound thoroughly and dry the skin before use.
  • A hydrocolloidal dressing about 2 cm wider than the edge of the wound should be selected to ensure adequate adherence to the skin.
  • If the wound depth is greater than 5 mm, the appropriate dressing should be selected to fill the cavity before applying the hydrocolloid dressing.
  • This product is not suitable for wounds with a large amount of exudate.
  • Swelling and whitening of the dressing after absorption and expansion is normal. Dressing replacement is recommended when absorption is saturated.
  • In the early stages of application of hydrocolloidal dressing, it may sometimes be found that the wound is enlarged instead, which is caused by debridement of the dressing and is a normal phenomenon.
  • A gel is formed by the fusion of hydrocolloidal molecules and exudates. Sometimes it looks like purulent discharge and is therefore mistaken for a wound infection. We'll be fine once we've elevated the gel with saline.
  • The use of hydrocolloidal dressing sometimes produces a certain smell, will disappear after cleaning with saline wounds.
  • If there is leakage around the dressing, replace the dressing immediately.
