Product Description
There are four different types of Nasal Dressing: Type A is with gauze and string,
Type B is only with string, Type C is without gauze and string, and Type T is with the airway.
Nasal Dressing with gauze
Mechanism of action
When contact with water, the gauze cover can form a viscous
gel and block the bleeding capillary vessel quickly. In the mean
time, the expanded sponge provides a controlled pressure on bleeding site.
Double functions make the hemostasia easily accomplished.

Directions
■ Select a proper type of Nasal Dressing and unpack the product, then take it out.
■ Insert the Nasal Dressing into the part required along the nasal meatus.
■ Inject a proper amount of sterilized water, saline or antibiotic solution into the gel expansive
sponge with an injector to make the sponge expand fully.
■ Fix the string to the wing of the nose.
■ After 24 to 48 hours, observe whether there is active hemorrhage. If not, inject sterilized
water or physiological saline into nasal cavity to saturate the sponge. Several minutes later,
gently pull the string and take the product out.
Nasal Dressing without gauze
PVA Nasal Dressing is an effective nasal hemostatic product, because of its safety,
softness, anti-adhesion, easy to release and other characteristics, it has become a good
clinical instrument for nosebleed, nasal cavity, sinus postoperative hemostasis.
Mechanism of action
PVA sponge absorbed water, expansion according to the shape of nasal cavity , fit
around, so that all parts of the nasal cavity can be uniform force, full compression of
small blood vessels in the wound, effective hemostasis.
Indications
Epistaxis and postoperative hemostasis of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.
Contraindications
Those who are allergic to the product are prohibited.
